Ventilation louvres to capture the cool summer breezes.
Large cantilevered roof sections and shading systems
to block the sun in summer.
High performance double glazing to maintain
the warmth inside the home during winter.
Cor-ten (rusted sheet cladding) with sandstone tiles
to some external feature walls.
Double brick with cavity insulation and a
concrete slab construction
Underground rainwater tanks to irrigate the
gardens and to flush the toilets.
Recycled timber columns and marine sleepers around the decking.
