  • Large cantilevered roof sections and shading systems
    to block the sun in summer.
  • High performance double glazing to maintain
    the warmth inside the home during winter.
  • Cor-ten (rusted sheet cladding) with sandstone tiles
    to some external feature walls.
  • Double brick with cavity insulation and a
    concrete slab construction
  • Underground rainwater tanks to irrigate the
    gardens and to flush the toilets.
  • Recycled timber columns and marine sleepers around the decking.
