We designed two new homes on a subdivided block in Beecroft, NSW, for a local developer.
Beecroft is a leafy, well-established suburb known for its tree-lined streets, generous blocks, and heritage charm, something the locals are proud to protect.
Both lots came with big challenges: heritage and conservation restrictions, bushfire zones, strict tree protections, and a tight 250m² building envelope on 2,400m² blocks.
After 12 months and plenty of neighbour feedback, we secured DA approval.
Working within a modest budget and heritage constraints, we kept the design traditional and understated.
We also handled the interior design, carrying the vision through to every detail.
With a wonderful client and a great builder, Rosewood Homes, on board the project came together beautifully.
