Before we put pen to paper, we dive deep into the rules and regulations surrounding your site first and foremost.  

 

We take sustainability seriously and will guide you on how to make the most of your site's natural features.​

 

Our design consultations are detailed and extensive.  We'll ask you to prepare a scrapbook of ideas to bring in with you, and we'll dedicate 3-4 hours to really get to the heart of what you're looking for.  We want to know what you love, what you don't, and how you like to enjoy your spaces.

 

Soon after the consultation, we'll present you with a hand sketch to ensure we're capturing your vision perfectly before proceeding to drafting the design concept.

 

Throughout the design and drafting process, you'll have the chance to carefully review, alter and approve each stage before we move forward. Your input is invaluable to us, and we'll make sure it's woven into the design, creating a space that's truly one-of-a-kind and perfect for you.​

 

If you wish, we can follow the application right through to approval.  If there are any unforeseen obstacles or objections from Council we can respond on your behalf and remain with you right up to Approval.

 

​We can also remain a point of contact during the entire contruction phase to ensure the creation we have designed comes to life exactly as planned.
