Award-Winning Luxury Home in Mount Riverview – Blue Mountains

This luxury custom home in Mount Riverview, Blue Mountains, was designed by Luke Van Jour, Distinct Innovations and is a proud winner of the Building Designers Australia National Awards for Luxury Housing over 450m² at over $2000/m².

Designed to meet Bushfire Attack Level 40, the home combines safety, style, and sustainability. The form, materials, and colour palette were carefully chosen to complement the stunning Blue Mountains setting, while passive design principles ensure a comfortable and energy-efficient living environment.
