Sensitive Heritage Design
This project involved a rear extension to a heritage-listed home in Concord, requiring careful planning and a sensitive approach to preserve the original character. After nearly a year of detailed negotiation with Canada Bay Council, the development application was successfully approved, allowing us to deliver a design that respects the home’s heritage while adding modern functionality.

I was proud to see the builder excel in all aspects, ultimately winning the 2023 Master Builders Association of NSW Excellence in Housing Award in the Alterations & Additions ($900k–$1M) category.
