This project called for innovative residential design solutions that respected Beecroft’s unique character while delivering modern functionality.

Our Approach
Over a 12-month design and approval process, we collaborated with council, consultants, and neighbours to achieve Development Application (DA) approval. By maintaining a traditional and understated architectural style, the homes complement Beecroft’s heritage while providing modern liveability.
As part of our service, Distinct Innovations also provided a detailed Schedule of Finishes. This allowed the builder to deliver a cohesive and consistent interior design outcome, ensuring the vision carried through from planning to construction.
