The Blaxland House is a contemporary new home set on a spacious suburban block within the Blue Mountains Council area. The owners wanted a modern home that prioritised outdoor entertainment and seamlessly integrates indoor and outdoor living spaces.

The layout maximises flow between living areas and outdoor spaces, providing a home that is both practical and visually striking.

 

A Smooth Build Through Collaboration

The owners chose to build the home themselves and did an exceptional job. To ensure a smooth approval process with Blue Mountains Council, pre-lodgement meetings were held on site, and the development application was approved efficiently with minimal issues.
