We were engaged initially to give the home a basic facelift and to modernise the interior. I explained to the owner I could see a much grander idea if the budget was there. I explained the full potential of the property by going upstairs and outwards on the ground floor and it would be a major facelift and renovation. Within a few minutes the owner got very excited with my ideas and liked my vision for the home and agreed to move forward with the proposal.

 

Being on acres I took advantage of the amazing views across Mulgoa Valley and there was a big opportunity to gain good northern light and cross ventilation. The project took several months to design and to negotiate through Council but we finally achieved the outcome we were looking for.
