Multi Award-Winning Luxury Custom Home in Twin Creeks Estate, NSW
This luxury custom home in NSW has been recognised for its thoughtful residential interiors and residential building design, earning the above listed awards and recognition.
From the outset, the client’s priority was the seamless integration of the pool and floor plan.
To achieve this, we oriented the pool to the north-east, protecting it from harsh south-westerly winds while capturing cooling summer breezes. Large glazed sections in the main living areas were strategically positioned to frame the pool and garden views and maximise winter sun exposure, while the home itself provides natural shade over the pool during summer, eliminating the need for sails or additional shading.
High-volume living spaces were carefully placed away from the sleeping quarters to maintain privacy and comfort, demonstrating how luxury home design can combine practicality, aesthetics, and environmental awareness.
