Contemporary Custom New Home Design in the Blue Mountains, featuring a seamless indoor-outdoor layout and a streamlined Council approval process via on-site pre-lodgement.

Blaxland House | Blaxland
This project in the Lower Blue Mountains is a great example of a modern home that feels right at home in its suburban setting.
The owners came to us with a clear vision: a contemporary space that prioritized outdoor entertaining and felt like one continuous living area from the inside out. Set on a spacious block in Blaxland, the design focuses on flow. We wanted to make sure the transition between the main living zones and the outdoor spaces was seamless, creating a home that’s as practical for everyday life as it is for hosting friends.
One of the highlights of this project was the collaboration. The owners actually took on the build themselves and did an incredible job bringing the plans to life. To make sure everything went off without a hitch with the Blue Mountains Council, we held pre-lodgement meetings right there on-site. This extra bit of legwork meant the Development Application (DA) was approved efficiently with almost no issues. For us, the Blaxland House is all about that partnership, working closely with homeowners to take a vision and turn it into a high-quality reality that fits the local environment perfectly.
