Experience, Qualifications and Design Approach

As founder of Distinct Innovations, I bring more than 30 years of residential building design and architectural drafting experience across Greater Sydney and regional NSW.

I am an Accredited Building Designer with formal architectural drafting training and a Master of Design Science in Sustainable Design from the University of Sydney. My work combines planning knowledge, technical documentation and practical energy-efficient design.

I stay directly involved from concept through DA, CDC and construction documentation, with advice focused on your brief, budget, approval pathway and long-term outcome.

For complex sites, heritage overlays, steep blocks and narrow lots, I help identify design and approval issues early so the project can move forward with clear, buildable documentation.
