OUR PRINCIPAL DESIGNER
As founder of Distinct Innovations, I bring more than 30 years of residential building design experience across Greater Sydney and regional NSW.
As an Accredited Building Designer with a Master’s in Sustainable Design from the University of Sydney, I combine technical drafting, planning knowledge and energy-efficient design principles.
I remain directly involved from early concept through to DA, CDC and construction documentation, helping ensure each project is functional, buildable and tailored to the client’s brief.
For complex sites, heritage overlays, steep blocks or narrow lots, I provide practical guidance to help identify and resolve design and approval challenges early.
