The brief was to create a bespoke acreage residence that would provide generous family accommodation, premium lifestyle amenities and a strong connection to the surrounding rural landscape. The owners sought a timeless French Provincial home with extensive living spaces, resort-style outdoor entertaining and long-term functionality for their growing family.
DESIGN RESPONSE
The building design and architectural drafting focused on delivering a grand French Provincial residence suited to its rural Camden setting. The design incorporated four spacious bedrooms, multiple living areas, a custom swimming pool, pool cabana and integrated outdoor entertaining zones. Careful consideration was given to site planning, council approval requirements, building scale and landscape integration to create a cohesive luxury acreage estate.
