THE BRIEF
3D visualisation forms an important part of our design development process, allowing clients to see how their proposed home may look before the design is finalised. It provides a clearer understanding of building form, proportions, external materials and architectural character than plans and elevations alone.
THE DESIGN RESPONSE
As each design develops, the 3D model is refined alongside the architectural plans. Different façade treatments, materials, roof forms, glazing and architectural details can be explored visually, helping clients make informed decisions before the project progresses into detailed documentation. The visualisations also allow us to assess how the proposed building responds to its site, orientation and surrounding environment.
PROJECT OUTCOME
The projects shown here represent designs at various stages of development and demonstrate how 3D visualisation is used as a practical design tool rather than simply as presentation imagery.
