This luxury custom home in Mount Riverview is a project we are incredibly proud of. It picked up a national win for Luxury Housing over 450m², but the real achievement was balancing that high-end aesthetic with the strict safety requirements of the Blue Mountains.

Because the site is in a Bushfire Attack Level 40 (BAL 40) zone, every design choice had to be incredibly resilient. We carefully selected the form, materials, and color palette to not only meet these safety standards but to also complement the stunning natural landscape. It is a perfect example of how sustainable residential design and luxury can live together without compromise.

We used passive design principles throughout to make sure the home stays energy-efficient and comfortable year-round, regardless of the mountain weather. From the initial custom home design to the final finishes, every detail was considered to create a space that is both elegant and incredibly tough. This project really highlights our expertise in creating luxury homes in bushfire-prone areas while keeping a strong focus on the architecture and the views.
