Project Overview
Wheeler Heights House is a custom knockdown rebuild project on a sloping site in Sydney’s Northern Beaches. The project involved replacing an existing home that had outgrown the family’s needs with a modern, site-specific residence designed for better light, improved functionality and long-term family living. As the building designer and architectural draftsman for the project, we managed the custom home design, architectural drafting and supporting documentation required to move the project through the approval process.
