Our goal was to create a home that matched the dynamic style of the project home market but with a unique twist. I incorporated exterior features that elevate it to the another level of a custom-built design .
Designed for a developer with a tight budget in a subdivision aimed at first and second-home buyers in the Newcastle municipality’s mid-north coast area.
The site is sloping in a bushfire-prone area designated as BAL 29, with the added issues related to mine subsidence.
The experience of bringing this one to life did have its fair share of challenges which were well worth the effort given the outcome.
This project was my fifth with this developer / family which has become a partnership of trust and creativity to try and achieve a outstanding result each time.
