THE BRIEF
The brief across these projects was to improve the development potential of each site while creating practical, well-planned homes suited to everyday living. Each project required a balanced response to site size, privacy, parking, solar access, open space and neighbourhood character.
DESIGN RESPONSE
Our design response focused on efficient layouts, strong street presentation and clear documentation. Through building design, architectural drafting and DA or CDC support, each project was developed to meet council requirements while remaining practical to build and commercially sensible.
PROJECT OUTCOME
This collection demonstrates our experience in designing dual occupancy projects that achieved council approval across Sydney and Greater Western Sydney. The result is a gallery of compact residential developments shaped by planning knowledge, practical design and site-specific thinking.
