Do you design extensions to established homes?
Yes. We design extensions and major renovations where the new work needs to integrate with an existing home while improving space, light, circulation and functionality.
Do you work on sloping or irregular sites?
Yes. Our project experience includes properties affected by slope, irregular site geometry, significant trees and other constraints that need to be considered from the beginning of the design process.
Do you work with heritage or character homes?
Yes. We have experience with heritage and established homes where additions need to consider the original architecture, streetscape and relevant planning requirements.
Can you prepare plans for DA or CDC approval?
Yes. Depending on your property and proposed work, we can prepare the design and documentation for the appropriate Development Application or Complying Development Certificate pathway and coordinate the required consultants.
Do you prepare Construction Certificate drawings?
Yes. Where required, we can continue the project through to Construction Certificate documentation following the design and approval stages.
