Can you design a contemporary extension to an older home?
Yes. A new addition does not always need to copy the original architecture. Depending on the property and planning requirements, a contemporary addition can be designed to work with an older home while remaining clearly identifiable as new work.
Can you prepare plans for DA or CDC approval?
Yes. Depending on the property and proposed work, we can prepare the design and documentation for the appropriate Development Application or Complying Development Certificate pathway and coordinate the supporting consultants required for the project.
Do you prepare Construction Certificate drawings?
Yes. Where required, we can continue your project through to Construction Certificate documentation following the design and approval stages.
