Do you design duplexes and dual occupancies?
Yes. We have substantial experience with duplex and dual occupancy projects across Penrith and Western Sydney. Whether your property is suitable depends on the relevant planning controls, site dimensions, access and other development requirements.
Can you prepare plans for DA or CDC approval?
Yes. Depending on your property and proposed work, we can prepare the design and documentation for a Development Application or Complying Development Certificate pathway and coordinate the supporting consultants required for the project.
Do you prepare Construction Certificate drawings?
Yes. Where required, we can continue your project through to Construction Certificate documentation following the design and approval stages.
Do you work on flood-affected or bushfire-prone sites?
Yes. Our Western Sydney project experience includes properties affected by flood controls, bushfire requirements, slope and other site-specific constraints. These conditions are reviewed early so they can be properly considered in the design.
